grocery shopping is tough
The weekly grocery budget can be spent on everything and anything, besides actual groceries. π Yes, I might even make a list, and then forget it at home or get carried away at the shop by all the exciting possibilities and new snacks. So by the time I get home, I realize that there are no proper meals planned, and I end up snacking or ordering takeaways.

Paying for things I don't use
Some contracts and subscriptions can get ignored, due to challenge avoidance. If I need to make a call or log in somewhere where I can’t remember the password – it gets procrastinated. And sometimes I end up paying for a service that I don’t even use. π€·ββοΈ
Adapting to problems
My understanding of problem-solving is β¨ adapting β¨.
As long as I can make it work, it’s fiiiiine. π But honestly, itβs never fine. Eventually, we need to deal with the root cause of that problem.

scheduling extremes
Scheduling is interesting. I tend to go to extremes with it. π
I either have a full schedule of back-to-back things, which is boring and restricting. Or I leave my schedule completely free and open because I love freedom (or so I think). Then I get paralyzed by the weight of that freedom and the reality of making decisions, and I get overwhelmed by it all. π€―
Long-term goals
Long-term goals can get overshadowed by the exciting immediate rewards of short-term goals. π It can be hard to say no to an exciting opportunity thatβs right in front of me.

Bedtime procrastination
And finally, constantly getting stuck in the loop of bedtime procrastination, and then experiencing a lack of sleep the next day. Itβs interesting how ADHD affects sleep, and then lack of sleep increases ADHD symptoms and affects executive functioning. π’Β
